Alexey Grebenyuk

Alexey Grebenyuk is the founder and the leader of «AG Capital Partners», the Managing Partner of the company. Alexey is involved in decision-making on all M&A transactions, and also leads consulting projects of various directions in the areas of private medicine and healthcare, retail and FMCG products, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy business and logistics. He has more than 15 years of experience in large companies of the federal level - Pharmacy Chain 36.6 OJSC, Promsvyazbank PJSC, Medsi CJSC, Novoship OJSC, as well as in a large shipping tanker company in London, UK. Alexey was also a partner of the consulting company GIC Group in Washington, DC, USA. The strongest competencies of Alexey are development of strategies, business value management, strategic management, investment design, turn-around management and crisis management. Alexey has a higher economic education, as well as an Executive MBA degree in Strategic Finance from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). He speaks english fluently, and he has also received a DipIFR certificate.

Boris Agatov is a recognized expert in the FMCG industry and in the field of innovation in retail, he holds several patents for innovative products in the retail trade. Boris worked as a top manager of large companies for more than 15 years, for 7 years he worked at «Jamilco». Therefor he has a wide experience in implementing more than 300 retail projects, including several M&A transactions. In our team, Boris supervises the direction of forming a strategy and development in the field of retail and sales, creates a vision of the future through innovative technologies, and consults the leaders of international and Russian retail companies, large manufacturers and retail chains. Boris is the speaker and moderator of the largest retail and sales events - “Open Innovations” Skolkovo, “Forever Shop”, Fashion Tech Day, Customer day, New Retail Forum Russian Post, he conducts also webinars at “RBC”. Elena has been working at AG Capital Partners since the foundation of the company. She has truly unique competencies in the market - more than 20 years of experience in managing finances of Russian holding companies with assets of more than $ 1.2 billion, up to 40 types of activities and more than 350 legal entities. Elena has held the position of Vice President in a large holding company for more than 10 years, she managed the universal bank as President of the Bank and first deputy chairman of the Board of Directors for more than 8 years. In our team Elena leads consulting projects on the preparation and implementation of M&A transactions for medium and small businesses, prevention of bankruptcy, business restructuring and the development of risk control and management tools. Expertise and successful experience in the field of financial management, control, financial security of business and anti-crisis management of Russian companies enable Elena to solve issues on preparing any business for M&A transactions.
